An Activity for School-age:
Create fun monsters with simple collage supplies!

Before You Begin:
Lay butcher paper or a tablecloth down on the table to protect the surface and allow for
easy clean-up. Set out supplies.

Activity Goals:
Explore cause and effect. Explore the properties of 3-D art.

Steps:

1. Lay six jumbo craft sticks side-by-side. Glue another craft stick perpendicular to the top of
   the craft sticks and then glue another perpendicular to the bottom. Flip over and allow to
   dry slightly.
2. Decorate monsters using collage materials, felt, foam, buttons, glitter glue, and stickers!
   Children can make their monsters as scary or as funny as they want!
