Before You Begin:
Gather canvases, paint in various colors, brushes and masking tape. Since children will be using multiple paints for their canvases, you'll want to prepare a space in advance with
cleaning supplies on-hand.

Create a one-of-a-kind gift for dad using resist art.

Steps:
- Firmly place masking tape in the form of the word DAD on the blank canvas.
- Paint many colors over the canvas and tape, and then allow the paint to dry.
- Once the paint has dried, remove the masking tape to reveal DAD.
