An Activity for Preschool Children:
Who doesn't love making reindeer with their own footprints?

Before You Begin:
Gather brown paint, white paper, red pom-poms, wiggly eyes and markers.

Activity Goals:
To provide a fun, sensory experience for children as they create holiday-themed art.

Furthermore:
Children can make additional critters using the footprints.

Steps:

  1. Spread brown paint onto the child’s foot.
  2. Then have her step onto a piece of white paper.
  3. Add wiggly eyes and glue on a red pom-pom for the reindeer’s nose.
  4. Use a marker to draw antlers.
