An Activity for Preschoolers
Before You Begin:

Gather materials:

Pinecones, craft fluffs, wiggly eyes, glue and orange foam

Activity Goals:
Teaches weaving, fine motor skills, and imagination. Use with a lesson on winter animals
and birds.
Furthermore:
Use as an ornament or to sit on a shelf for decoration.

Steps:

1. Craft fluffs are rolled lines of cotton – unroll the ball and begin weaving the line around
   the pinecone in between the scales
2. When done, add eyes and a beak made from orange foam
